The Ocean Shores Electric Boat Company has two 21’ Duffy Cruisers that provide an unique venue to experience the stunning beauty of Ocean Shores' interconnected fresh water lakes and canals.  If you can drive a golf cart, you can drive an Electric Boat. The cruising speed is just enough to allow you time to relax, enjoy, and keep everone wondering  what is around the next bend or island. Each boat comes equipped with two tables with several cup holders, and a sound system complete with radio and CD player. Coolers are available to rent or purchase or you may bring your own. We also offer a variety of snacks and cold drinks, and ice is also available. The Duffy boats have heaters and a canopy top with large zippered windows that can be opened or closed depending on the weather. Each boat has a motor that is very quite and, since they are electric, there are no exhaust or fuel fumes. The boats are powered by a bank of marine batteries that are operational for up to ten hours.

 
Boating experience is not required to operate the Duffy Cruisers. Operation of these boats is in fact similar to driving a golf cart. Instruction is given at the dock prior to departing on your relaxing journey. A map of the waterways is furnished as well as practical advice. Docking assistance is provided when you return.
